About me
I am a qualified person-centred counsellor offering online therapy to adolescents,adults and couples. I offer a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviour with curiosity and compassion.
Life can feel overwhelming, and it’s normal to feel stuck, uncertain, or disconnected from yourself or others at different points in life.Therapy with me is about pausing, exploring, and understanding yourself, rather than rushing toward quick solutions. Together, we can reflect on patterns that may be shaping your emotions, relationships, and sense of self, helping you reconnect with your authentic self.
Training, qualifications & experience
I take an integrative approach, building on a Person-Centred foundation and tailoring our work to your individual needs. I also draw flexibly on frameworks such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Transactional Analysis, and Attachment Theory to support your personal journey.
I have experience working with adolescents (11+) and adults, including couples, supporting a wide range of issues such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, trauma, grief, relational and relationship challenges, as well as spiritual and existential concerns. My experience spans private practice and organisational settings, including charities and schools, enabling me to work with clients from diverse backgrounds and life experiences.
Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

Starting therapy can feel like a big step,which is why I offer a free 20-minute consultation.This relaxed session gives you the opportunity to ask questions, share what’s on your mind, and explore whether my approach,and me as a therapist feels like the right fit for you. Finding the right approach and therapist is an important first step in supporting your journey, and this session helps you make that choice before committing to a full session.
