About me
Life can feel overwhelming, and we all go through times when we feel stuck, lost, or unsure of how to move forward. If you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or just trying to make sense of things, you don’t have to face it alone. I’m here to offer support, guidance, and a space where you can truly be yourself without fear of judgment.
I believe therapy should be a collaborative journey, where we work together to explore what’s holding you back, uncover your strengths, and make meaningful changes that align with your goals at a pace that feels right for you.
I offer flexible online sessions, making it easier to access support from the comfort of your own home. Whether you need a space to process your emotions, develop coping strategies, or gain clarity, I’m here to walk alongside you in this journey.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am a qualified counsellor with years of experience and specialised training in supporting adolescents and individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, suicidal thoughts, and self-harm.
I take an integrative approach, drawing from Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Transactional Analysis, and Attachment Theory to tailor support to each client’s unique needs. My experience spans both private practice and organizational settings, including working with charities that provide counselling services. This has allowed me to support individuals from diverse backgrounds, helping them navigate challenges and create meaningful change.
I am passionate about creating a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered to move toward positive transformation. Most importantly, I strive to help individuals align with their true selves, fostering self-acceptance, resilience, and a deeper sense of well-being.
Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
