BABCP-Accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist

About me

I am a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) accredited by the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies with integrated Compassionate Focused Therapy approaches, offering evidence-based therapy in a safe, supportive and non-judgemental space.

I work with adults experiencing a range of difficulties, including anxiety, stress, low mood, panic, and trauma-related symptoms. I also support people who may feel stuck in unhelpful patterns of thinking or behaviour, or who are finding it difficult to cope with day-to-day life.

CBT is a structured, practical and collaborative approach that focuses on understanding how your thoughts, feelings and behaviours are connected. Together, we will identify patterns that may be maintaining your difficulties and develop effective strategies to help you make meaningful and lasting changes.

I aim to create a therapeutic space where you feel heard, understood and respected. While CBT is goal-oriented, I work at a pace that feels comfortable for you, ensuring that therapy is tailored to your individual needs and circumstances.

Additionally, I offer Faith Based (Islamic) Spiritual counselling and life coaching for individuals looking for faith based interventions integrated into therapy

I offer sessions on a online basis, and I am happy to arrange a free brief initial consultation to discuss your needs and answer any questions you may have about therapy.

Reaching out for support can feel difficult, but it is an important first step. You are welcome to get in touch to see if we might be a good fit
