About me

Hi, I'm Abby.

If you're feeling lost and unsure where to start on your counselling journey, you've come to the right pIace. It’s fair to say that one size does not fit all in many aspects of our lives, and it’s the same in my approach to counselling - different people need different things at different times in their lives.

As a pluralistic Counsellor, I use different counselling styles from Psychodynamic Therapy, Person-Centred Therapy and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy.  This provides a truly unique experience, helping you get to the root of your concerns in a way that best supports and empowers you to accomplish your goals.

Sessions

I understand the challenges some people may face, both physically and emotionally - I offer support in a way that's convenient for you, whether this be an online session, in an accessible clinic environment or even in the comfort of your own home. I provide a safe, non-judgmental and confidential space that works for you.

Working together to establish your therapy needs, your sessions will be reviewed every 6 weeks, giving you a chance to reflect on progress and collaborate on future goals.

Whether you’re recovering from a trauma, dealing with relationship issues or seeking support for mental health concerns, such as anxiety or depression, take the first step towards holistic wellness by scheduling a counselling session today.
