About me
Hi, I'm Abby.
If you're feeling unsure where to start on your counselling journey, you've come to the right pIace. It’s fair to say that one size does not fit all in many aspects of our lives, and it’s the same in my approach to counselling - different people need different things at different times in their lives.
As a pluralistic Counsellor, I use different counselling styles from Psychodynamic Therapy, Person-Centred Therapy and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy. This provides a truly unique experience, helping you get to the root of your concerns in a way that best supports and empowers you to accomplish your goals.
Sessions
I understand the challenges some people may face, both physically and emotionally - I offer support in a way that's convenient for you.
Online session-these can be done through zoom or Microsoft Teams, and face Time. online counselling gives you a chance to engage in the comfort of your own home, this can be helpful if you work shifts or find it difficult to commit to going to regular face to face sessions.
Home Sessions-Home sessions give you the same benefits of face to face sessions in the comfort and safety of your own home, theses sessions can be helpful if you are unable to access the community due to illness or disability, or simply find getting out difficult.
