Jenni Flight BSc. Hons, Dip Counselling, MBACP Accred.
I am a very experienced, highly qualified BACP accredited counsellor with a special interest in helping young people and children.
My years of experience have been gained through working in many different settings including, NHS, private health care provision, Employer Assisted Programs, The University of Winchester, schools, Charities (Mind and The Olive Branch, a Christian counselling service in Winchester and The Calm Centre, Harlow Essex). I have always also kept a busy private practice too, this allows clients total privacy and control over their own therapy. My central Winchester office is a quiet space where my clients come and look at how they have ended up feeling the way they do, and how their emotions impact the choices they make.
I can also offer a qualified, experienced children's counselling service. I work in a collaborative and creative way with young people using play and art to help with the stresses in young lives. Please contact me for details.
I am also an accredited Equine Assisted Life Coach. Working with the horses allows us to gain insight into how and what we communicate, especially non-verbally. The horses help us to learn new ways of tackling old problems and can often quickly get to the root of the problem without judging us. Please contact me for details.
