About me
I have in depth experience and training in the many dimensions of human experience. This includes the emotional, physical, cognitive, neurological, social, familial, ancestral, and sensory levels. My study has drawn on contemporary trauma informed therapies, neuroscience, Eastern wisdom traditions and in-depth Western psychology. I believe that meaningful and lasting change occurs when we work with all of these interconnected levels.
I specialise in issues of sex, sexuality and gender. With over 30 years experience of working with LGBTQ communities.
My work is guided by the intention to support people in integrating all aspects of themselves, allowing for a more harmonious and authentic way of living. An essential part of this process is identifying the ways we inhibit ourselves and cultivating greater self-love, acceptance, and compassion along the way..
Assessment
If you are uncertain about which direction to go in therapy or which therapy would suit you best, I offer comprehensive assessments. These sessions help pinpoint the primary areas to address and outline a tailored, structured plan to achieve meaningful outcomes.
Supervision
With over three decades of clinical experience, I provide informed, reflective, and in-depth supervision for therapists and clinicians. I offer a complimentary 30-minute trial session to explore whether my approach aligns with your professional needs and learning goals.
Love in Psychotherapy
My doctoral research explored the power of love and its expression in everyday life, and I bring this insight into all my work. My practice integrates evidence-based Western psychology with insights from Eastern wisdom traditions, offering a holistic, grounded approach to therapy and supervision.

school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.
As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.
UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
