I am an experienced counsellor based in Oxford Circus, Westminster (a short distance from Oxford Circus Station) I provide a calm and confidential space to think about and talk through troubling feelings and experiences.

My approach entails understanding relationships in terms of patterns established in childhood, thinking about what emerges in the relationship with the counsellor and understanding hidden feelings. This approach is well regarded and used in the NHS, GP surgeries and hospitals.

Advanced Diploma in Psychodynamic Counselling from Westminster Pastoral Foundation
Postgraduate Diploma in Psychodynamic Studies from University of Roehampton

Counselling training accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP)

I am a registered memebr of UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP), a
Member of the Foundation for Psychotherapy and Counselling (FPC) and a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP)

An initial consultation is £55.00 and I charge £50 per session after this although I do have some reduced fee spaces.
