Rachael Barton BA (Hons), MBACP
Are you struggling within your life in general? experiencing anxiety, relationship issues, depression, or generally feeling unhappy or distressed? Counselling will offer you a safe place for you to explore, unpick and understand your emotions and feelings more fully around the difficulties you are facing. Entering into the therapeutic process, having the time and space with a non-judgmental, professional and supportive counsellor will enable you to examine, identify and make sense of your life circumstances more effectively, bringing you more clarity and helping you to gain more understanding of yourself within your world.
Have you previously sought advice from a trusted friend and despite their good intentions, ended up feeling more confused and alone? Talking to a professionally trained counsellor will offer you something different. I am a fully trained and experienced counsellor and I will not advise or judge you. Together, working collaboratively, we will explore your difficulties, thoughts and feelings in a safe environment in order for you to unlock your inner potential to find your own solutions and to make informed choices which are right and unique for you. You can view more information on the therapeutic approach I use by visiting my website.
