Nicola O'Rourke FdSc Reg. MBACP, CTLLS, Counsellor and Counselling Trainer
I encourage clients to look at what they choose to bring, providing a warm , non-judgemental and confidential environment.
I find that the relationship building within my work allows my clients to highlight areas for development where potential unhealthy patterns of behaviour and or emotional instability may be presenting problems, in other relationships and relationship with self.
I am a strong believer in the benefits of self awareness and self development; knowing yourself in relation to others can promote a healthy emotional well being; and give some understanding of how we become who we are.
This can enable some explanation to our feelings, thinking and behaviours and allows us to change it for a better experience.
