Supervision details
I am an experienced supervisor with counsellors ranging from trainees to many years in practice. I have a vast knowledge of the models of supervision, combined with guiding many hundreds of hours of 1:1 and group supervision sessions. I believe supervision to be of huge value in any practice, offering the fundamental elements of formative normative and restorative practice.
