Supervision details

I am available as a supervisor for trainee  counsellors'  It's important to be able to  relate to the  working environment that bring about challenges for trainee counsellor's.   To have a placement in a school as a trainee can be a daunting experience and having a supervisor who is familiar with the dynamics and appreciation of the issues, is of great benefit. Being a supervisor enables me to put my skills and knowledge to use in a way that enables  supervisee's to develop their own style, confidence, knowledge, understanding and  practice alongside their  own personal growth  and development. I am led by supervisee's in terms of what they need from me as  a supervisor,  agree a working agreement, open to working with different model's of supervision, working creatively,  appropriate use of challenge and dynamically through the process that  hopefully enhances client work.
