I have taught supervision for 12 years in Universities and Colleges using various supervision methods; one to one and groups.  I work for a national charity supervising their support workers and managers.

I use various models of supervision and use creative processes to help supervisees reflect on their practice.  I liken the supervision relationship to a helicopter, seeing the whole landscape, looking at a situation more closely and identifying a different perspective, working collaboratively together.
