I have a diploma in psychoanalytic supervision from the Society of Analytical Psychology and I offer individual and group supervision to trainees and qualified psychodynamic counsellors and psychotherapists.  In my role as Clinical Manager for a counselling referral service I have insight in to the way clinics are run, referrals are made and what constitutes a good working alliance between supervisee and supervisor, supervision and organisation.
