I offer supervision from a pluralistic framework using Hawkin's and Shohet's seven eyed model as well as other models of supervision. I adhere to the BACP theoretical framework and offer online and face to face sessions (from my therapy room in Lemon street, Truro). Sessions can be 60 minutes ( at a cost of £50) or 90 minutes (£70) depending on your needs. In certain circumstances I can offer concessions for trainee counsellors.

I have a great deal of experience working with young people (ages 11-25 years) both online and face to face in school settings as well as adults.

Predominantly Person-Centred I work in an Integrative way and particularly enjoy working with Attachment theory, Compassion Focused approaches and CBT. I strive to provide a relationship of warmth, connection and a space to be vulnerable. Counselling is a highly skilled profession and as practitioners our own resilience and mental health is paramount. I offer a safe place to explore your vulnerability ensuring your practice is safe for you and your clients.
