I have a person centered approach to my supervision practice, but this is enhanced by other models of supervision to make sure I cater for all supervisees needs.
My style of working is very supportive and encouraging. I feel strongly that we should work in a collaborative manner and encourage you to grow and learn from your work.
I ave extensive experience of bereavement, trauma, Suicide, and I have over 22 years experience with children and young people.
I am passionate about supporting people to learn and grow.
