I have been supervising and mentoring counsellors, students and other professional with a therapeutic element to their work for over eight years.   I work either online,  face-to-face in my home office or with in-house supervision to third sector organisations.  I have recently upgraded my qualifications by completing an accredited diploma in clinical supervision.  I wanted to update, enhance and widen my range of skills as I see this as an extremely important requirement for supervisors today.
