I work with trainees and qualified therapists, using both creative and verbal techniques to support our sessions and reflection. The two models, which my training focused upon, were Cyclical and Integrative Models. These underpinning theories have helped me see the importance of offering the reflective space and helping the supervisees I work with to thrive. I offer an initial half an hour with no fee to individuals interested in accessing supervision. I also offer reduced rates for those still completing their training.
