I have 12 years of supervisory experience, utilizing developmental, clinical, and systemic models of consultation and supervision in a number of settings and approaches.
In addition, I have supervised and managed therapists in training at Colorado State University, and King's College of London. Currently, at the Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation trust, I supervise the clinical practice of final year students in the MS. Systemic Program.
I also supervise and consult with experienced psychotherapists, counsellors, social workers, school staff, medical staff, and staff from Charities and NGOs who focus their work on mental, emotional, and behavioral health.
My supervision approach can be arranged individually or in group. I lead reflective practice groups.
