Hi. My name is Anjali Mehta.

As a qualified and accredited CBT Therapist and Clinical Director of my own private practice, I offer supervision for therapists and psychologists who predominantly use CBT when working with children, adolescents and/or adults. I also specialise in supporting people with ASD.

I have a decade of experience in mental health, and have offered supervision to high and low intensity CBT practitioners who are either qualified or in training.

I work part time for the University of Reading, where I mainly lecture on the low intensity CBT courses and supervise trainees on the high intensity CBT course.

I have experience in supervising large scale research studies, including the new protocol for adolescent depression called Brief Behavioural Activation, and providing consultancy to universities, other professionals and film directors.
