Hi I'm Sara I am a Accredited Counselling Psychologist (MSc) trained in Person Centered Counselling and work as a humanistic clinical supervisor.  I am also a Clinical Hypnotist and work with clients to aid their physical and mental wellbeing using creative hypnosis techniques for a better quality of life and to aid recovery from illness or support mental wellness during times of illness or to support end of life wellbeing.

I am currently undertaking an Accredited (NCS) Clinical Supervision course with a creative bias using the Seven Eyed Model of Supervision this fits very well with my use of the imagination and energy work with my hypnosis and counselling clients.  Would you  like me to be your Supervisor?  I am currently seeking  more supervisees to join me on this my latest training journey.

I have a small number of places available for £30 per SESSION usually £45 per hour.  My training is Accredited by the National Counselling Society and offers the option of working creatively in Supervision though this is an optional addition to clinical counselling supervision.  If you are interested in working with me during my training or if you have any questions please feel free to contact me.

Should you join me on this exciting journey and then decide to continue supervision with me beyond the end of the course then I will agree a special price with you for the post course supervision sessions.

I currently work within the local and national Covid 19 restrictions when the restrictions allow I am pleased to offer face to face sessions.

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a counsellor's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the counsellor to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
