I completed the British Association of Psychotherapy supervisor training, and am a national video interaction guidance (VIG) supervisor and trainer and a Senior movement psychotherapist. I have been supervising psychotherapists, art therapists and VIG trainees for the last 20 years. My approach is holistic and friendly. I use mindfulness to be in the moment and to be curious of both conscious and unconscious verbal and non-verbal processes.

The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.
As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.

Association for Dance Movement Psychotherapy UK (ADMP)
ADMP UK is the professional organisation for the profession for Dance Movement Psychotherapy in the United Kingdom.
They aim to support the development of DMP in the UK and internationally; foster communication among Dance Movement Psychotherapists (DMPs); and promote the use of DMP throughout the United Kingdom and abroad.
