Supervision details
I'll be offering supervision from June 2025 at a reduced rate of £40 for one hour, £60 for 1.5 hours (rising to £50 / £75 in 2026). I can offer you daytime or evening sessions, possibly weekends as well.
I'm a person-centred counsellor and also work with Polyvagal Theory and Internal Family Systems. I've been seeing clients since 2014 and have volunteered in agencies and worked as a Student Counsellor at a University. I've been in private practice since May 2020 and worked online and in-person from home for a couple of years. I currently have a room and workshop space in Aberdeen city centre, you're welcome to join me there or we can meet online.
I'm passionate about the counselling process as a client and therapist and now as a supervisor-in-training. I'm grateful I can tell clients that I'm well supported when they worry about burdening me with their distress. I assure them I've got good support in place and that I commit to self-care practices which is why I'm excited to be part of the network you have in place for supporting your client work.
Please contact me to arrange an introductory call if you think we'd be a good fit for working together.
