I offer supervision to practicing therapists and trainees. As a registered member, I operate within the ethical framework of the BACP, and I have a doctorate in counsellor education and supervision.
My supervision work is informed by the core process (Estadt, 1987) and the discrimination (Bernard & Goodyear, 2014) models. Both models enable me to work with therapists from a variety of theoretical orientations. These models are not specific to any particular theory, but focus on processes and behaviours that form and shape our work together in supervision and your work with your client in therapy.
I believe that supervision is important for supporting best practices and promoting the therapist's welfare. Equal in importance to me is the value of supervision in safeguarding and promoting the best interests of our clients.
My fee for supervision is £50 per session. I offer a free initial 30min consultation session over the phone.
