I have been providing supervision and CBT training supervision for last 8 years. I am NES approved and qualified Generic, CBT and Mindfulness Supervisor. I specialise in supporting and supervising Mindfulness Teachers  drawing on present moment awareness and linking our supervision to CORE Mindfulness processes and attitudes.

I am also experienced ACT therapist, facilitating online peer supervision able to provide ACT specific supervision helping with formulation and development of ACT process based interventions.

If a counsellor's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.
