Hello, thank you for visiting my Supervision profile.

I am qualified with a CPCAB Level 6 in Therapeutic Counselling Supervision. I am offering supervision by Zoom or telephone. I offer a free up to an hour initial telephone or Zoom call to discuss our working together and to see if we are a good fit.

A little information about my experience. I qualified as a counsellor in 2017, and have experience counselling children, young people and adults. I work in private practice; pre-pandemic in person/face to face, but now by telephone or Zoom, and more recently outdoors in nature with walk and talk therapy.  I also work part time in a primary school in pastoral support.  Prior to counselling training I managed a nursery and then worked as a Macmillan Professional providing emotional support. My core theoretical approach is person-centred, but I have attended cpd in more integrative approaches.

I believe I can offer supervisee’s a space to openly discuss and reflect on their practice and work. I will provide a collegial, professional relationship, to support nurturing, along with curious opportunities, which in turn will promote confidence, self-awareness and develop knowledge and experiences.  It will promote and ensure safe and ethical working practices.

I apply Hawkins & Shohet's 7 Eyed Process Model into my supervision sessions, meaning that the supervision process includes both the client/supervisee matrix and the supervisee/supervisor matrix, which is incorporated into 7 modes (or eyes!).  I also consider Stoltenberg and Delworth's Developmental Model to facilitate supervision sessions.

My Supervision rates are: 1 hour £40, 1.5 hours £60. I offer a free, no obligation Zoom or telephone call (up to an hour) to discuss our working together.
