I am a Highly Specialist Clinical Psychologist with experience working in the NHS, private and voluntary sectors. In the NHS I have worked in specialist eating disorder services and child and adolescent mental health services. My last post was as the Professional Lead of Richmond CAMHS. Within my NHS work, I have enjoyed providing clinical supervision for clinical psychologists, trainee clinical and counselling psychologists, and trainee psychiatrists.

My supervision style is warm, friendly and approachable. I offer a relatively informal supervision style and like to use humour, empathy and validation during supervision to help supervisees feel at ease. I offer supervision for anyone utilising cognitive behavioural approaches (including third wave CBT such as ACT and DBT), trauma focused work (using trauma focused CBT or EMDR) and specialist eating disorder therapy (utilising CBT-E and intuitive eating). Mental health difficulties I specialise in include eating disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma and child and adolescent mental health.

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a counsellor's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the counsellor to discuss the options available.
