I am a qualified supervisor and hold an Advanced Certificate in Supervision.  I provide supervision in an organisational setting for groups and individuals as well as for individuals in my private practice in Chelmsford and Maldon.

I am an integrative therapist, with my core approach being person centred and I believe, as I do with my client work, that it is the supervisory relationship that underpins the supervision process itself.  My aim is to provide the necessary conditions for counsellors to reflect upon their work with clients in a non-judgemental, supportive environment that will enhance their personal and professional growth and development.

I offer a model of supervision that is collaborative and supportive where supervisees feel safe enough to explore their work with clients and reflect upon their thoughts, feelings, interventions and impact of their work.

I believe supervision is pivotal in supporting safe and ethical practice both for supervisees and the clients they are working with and it is my aim to provide the right climate for supervision to support this.

Accessibility

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a counsellor's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the counsellor to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
