Welcome to my supervision profile.

I am an experienced, fully qualified, integrative clinical supervisor, providing supervision to qualified and student/trainee counsellors.

Supervision is crucial to ensure the best practice for the clients and the self-care of the therapist. By providing you with a safe and confidential environment, I will support you to:

• reflect on, evaluate and develop your professional practice
• increase your self-awareness
• maintain ethical practice
• explore feelings, thoughts and concerns related to your client work and your own experiences

I have a post-graduate diploma in person-centred Supervision and have worked within the NHS and private practice for over nine years. I trained as a person-centred Counsellor and during my career I have developed my practice through CPD to become an integrative Counsellor, with experience of CBT, TA, IPT and brief solution focused therapies.

Accessibility

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a counsellor's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the counsellor to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
