I am a Chartered Clinical Psychologist with nearly 15 years of clinical experience. This includes having worked in multi-disciplinary teams offering supervision to a range of healthcare professionals including qualified Clinical Psychologists. I worked in the NHS for over a decade, most recently as a Senior Clinical Psychologist in an Early Intervention in Psychosis Service. Prior to this, I was based in a secondary care community mental health team working with adults with a wide range of severe and enduring psychological difficulties. I offer clinical supervision in person at my office in Surrey, or via telephone or Zoom, with availability outside of office hours if required. My area of expertise is adult mental health, primarily working on a 1:1 basis using an integrative approach. I have a specialist interest in CBT and third wave approaches. I ensure that supervisees feel at ease by providing a warm, supportive, non-judgemental space for them to reflect on their work and continue their professional development. I am registered with the HCPC as a practitioner psychologist and am a member of the BPS. For further information about me, my practice, and my training, please visit my website: www.drchloewalker.co.uk For an informal discussion to see if we might be a good match for supervision, or if you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to get in touch via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or telephone (07543 717475). I charge £120 for a 60 minute supervision session.
British Psychological Society
The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
