I am currently setting up supervision in a national organisation (2021) where I will be supervising support workers individually and in groups.
I have been counselling in private practice since 2017 working with children, young people and adults of all ages. My main approach is CBT although I use best practices from many other disciplines. I place a high value in continued professional development and will be studying eating disorders, obesity and nutrition next year (2022).
What to expect from me
I offer a warm, flexible, non-judgemental, safe and ethical service using the BACP framework with a supervision built on trust. Together we would work as a team to help you get the most out of supervision. I view supervision with supervisees as two equals, learning from each other with mutual respect. I have supervision for my supervision work.
