I'm able to offer clinical supervision to both groups and individual therapists. Having worked as a practitioner for over seven years in different settings and having taught for the last three years on various Counselling and Psychotherapy courses (BACP/UKCP Accredited), I feel that I have developed a variety of experience and knowledge which I use to inform my supervisory work. My approach is an integration between person-centred and relational supervision. The session rates are affordable, and sessions can be undertaken either face to face or via virtual platforms. In terms of supervisory experience, I have experience of working as an external supervisor at several teaching facilities and counselling organisations.

It can be difficult to find a supervisor that you can feel comfortable with and the decision is very unique and individualised. I want to reassure you that I offer a no pressure policy should you feel that my approach is not aligned with your own. In my clinical work, I operate as a person-centred therapist but I took a 'relational turn' as a supervisor, opting to study and work in a way that has an emphasis on the transformational potential of supervision. The relational approach is about allowing your supervision to be a developmental process for you, as well as a supportive one. As Copeland (2007) suggests, "a sound working relationship is the bedrock of good supervision".

Please feel free to email me or telephone me to discuss this further. I'd be happy to answer any questions you may have and describe my approach further. My current fee is £40 per 1.5 hours of supervision.

COVID-19 UPDATE: I am presently only seeing clients and supervisees via virtual platforms or through use of telephone sessions. Please contact me directly for further details.

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a counsellor's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the counsellor to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.

There are stairs to the room and I am currently unable to offer sessions downstairs.
