Silvia M Smet MA DIP.PR Core Process Psychotherapist
I have completed the training as a HIPC and UKCP Supervisor, and am working towards completion. During 2020 I am offering supervision at half price to qualified and trainee counsellors and psychotherapist who work with a person-centred and relational approach.
I am a UKCP and MBACP registered Core Process Psychotherapist, an in-depth, integrative holistic therapy that offers a unique blend of Eastern and Western psychology. My work is enriched by 20 years experience in Spiritual Counselling, and mindfulness, meditation, somatic experiencing, creative therapy, dreams, eco-spiritual psychotherapy, and Tibetan Buddhism.
I work in private practice and specialise in the territory of trauma. My work ranges from PTSD, to chronic health conditions, to the complexities of in-depth childhood trauma. My work history includes spiritual wounding/abuse and cult recovery, community-based mental health, carer counselling and palliative care counselling.
