Marcia Haley, Psychotherapy & Counselling, Registered & Accredited MBACP
I am a qualified and practicing supervisor in which I offer a supportive relationship to reflect upon your work, practice and role. Supervision is a working alliance to consider yourself and your work; receive observations, feedback and where appropriate, guidance.
The object of us working together is to enable you to feel supported and grow in understanding and confidence; to maintain ethical and professional standards and to develop as a practitioner.
As a supervisor I encourage you to bring your whole self to supervision; so we might fully consider your practice and your awareness of self within your practice. I work to an integrative supervision model in which I am respectful of each person’s style, orientation of practice and personal philosophy.
In addition to offering supervision to therapists and trainee therapists, I work with people across a range of the helping professions including voluntary sector workers and managers, youth workers, NHS staff and outreach workers. I am keen to support individuals’ understanding of work-life balance in order to maintain well-being and personal growth.
My fee for one hour of supervision is £50. Some concessions may be available.
