Please note: I am unable to take supervisor enquiries until 1st August 2021 - however please still contact me regarding general enquiries

How will we work together?

As the relationship with your Clinical Supervisor is so very important, I thought it might be helpful to give you an idea of what our working relationship might look/sound/feel like:

Foremost, in working with me, you can expect a safe, effective and dedicated space where you can reflect on all aspects of your work and ways of being with your clients and, where relevant, members of your organisation.

I work within the Competence Framework for the Supervision of Psychological Therapies (Roth and Pilling).  As an integrative practitioner, the foundation for our work will be informed by models such as the Seven-eyed Model of supervision and the Cyclical Model of supervision as well as drawing on a span of therapeutic and personal development models.

I hope this gives you a small insight into what you might expect.  Ultimately though, you will know when you meet me whether I am the right Supervisor for you!
