I offer a relational approach to  supervision and supervisory practice.  This offers a perspective that works across different theoretical approaches and different fields of the helping profession. Transference, countertransference and the parallel process will be at the heart of the model.  The dynamics between supervisor and therapist informs the work and aids supervisees to think about their clients and and what may be being enacted within the therapy, both individually and together.
