I provide confidential individual and group supervision and study groups based on supervisee's needs. Please do not hesitate to get in touch with your specific requirements.

Whether you are a support or development or project worker, manager, befriender, psychiatrist, psychologist, CPN, student on a counselling course or experienced therapist specialising in couple or trauma work I am here to assist you with your supervision needs. I provide a safe place where together we create the clinical vision that becomes super (clear, confident and reassuring) where you can learn and grow in a personal and professional capacity. You can bring your whole vulnerability, mistakes and challenges without feeling misunderstood, judged or criticised or perhaps you are already doing a great job and just need reassurance and positive affirmation. I see supervision as a formal contract where you agree to discuss your clinical work and issues related to it. For instance, my role involves:

Assisting you in being a reflective practitioner

Maximize the effectiveness of your practice and therapeutic relationship

Monitoring/safeguarding the interests of your clients

Teaching and/or clarifying some concepts/theories/techniques that are relevant to your work

Supporting you in personal development, self-care and career progression

Encouraging and signposting you to continuing professional development (CPD)

If you are a member of a professional body like BACP/COSCA and/or working for an agency, helping you maintain their ethical and professional standards.

You can contact the counsellor to discuss the options available.
