Supervisor Rakhi Chand, MSc, MBACP (Snr. Accred.)

Rakhi Chand, MSc, MBACP (Snr. Accred.)

How I work
I'm interested in developing a collegial (equal) relationship, where we are each an expert. I aim to create a respectful environment where you can talk freely about and learn from your difficulties and triumphs. This way of working is informed by my training, and my own experience in supervision of not being judged but helped by my supervisor to examine experiences for the continual - and optimal - improvement of my practice.

Trainee therapists (supervisees)
With two years experience on the Tutor team of a Counselling BA/Diploma, I'm familiar with some of the hurdles of being a trainee, and the work involved.

I charge £70 per session. I'm open to discussing concessions if needed.

I am available weekdays, daytime and evening.

Initial Session

The initial session (or more) are for you to see if you feel comfortable with me. Shop around if not, there's no obligation to continue from my point of view. I will also be seeing if I feel I'm best placed to support you.

Please note that from May 2018 I will be based in Leytonstone (E11).
