Supervision in Bury for counsellors. I offer professional, warm, friendly, caring and supportive clinical supervision. I have my own private counselling practice in Bury, Lancashire/Greater Manchester.

Supervision sessions are an opportunity for you to explore any issues that your counselling work has raised for you and to discuss any alternative strategies that you might like to explore with your clients as part of counselling process. One of the aims of supervision is to help you to feel confident in your work with clients, and ensure that you and your clients get the best possible experience from the counselling sessions.

Your ongoing development is my main interest and I will actively offer all the support that I can to encourage your continued professional development and safe counselling service.

I have a Diploma in Counselling, a level 5 certificate in Counselling Supervision, and a Certificate in Bereavement Counselling. I have a Masters Degree in Education and have been a qualified lecturer for 16 years and a trainer and NVQ assessor.

I am an Accredited Member of the BACP which means I have demonstrated a capacity for independent, competent and ethical practice, also I am an Accredited Professional Member of the National Counselling Society.

Supervision £40 per hour, daytime and evening supervision sessions available.

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a counsellor's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the counsellor to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
