Having amassed a large number of hours in clinical practice and having supervised a number of clinical staff in my NHS role, I felt some formal training was in order to help develop my practice and I now hold a Certificate in Clinical Supervision..

I work on an integrated basis with a small number of therapists from a wide range of disciplines and find that the supervision process works well on this basis. Supervision is a learning process for both therapist and supervisor and I value the knowledge and skills that are brought to each session, from which we can both learn and grow as practitioners.

As an experienced critical incident responder, I offer specialist CI supervision to other responders.
