I offer supportive and collaborative supervision and my aim is to assist you in your development and help you attend to the therapeutic needs of your clients.  I am an accredited member of BACP and have been practising for over 20 years.  I believe in offering a user-led supervision service and will therefore work with you in a way that respects your supervision needs.  I am integratively trained which means I am able to accommodate a whole range of modalities in the supervisory relationship.

I take time to discover your supervision requirements, how you would like to use the space, whether you would like to work creatively in supervision, how you would like to present your clients, what your preferred approach is, how you would like to receive feedback from me and more.  I am respectful of different approaches and enjoy a collaborative partnership in the supervisory relationship.

 -Somatic Trauma Therapy
 -Integrative Counselling - psychodynamic and person-centred
 - Post Qualifying Certificate in Counselling Children and Young People.
 -Bereavement with adults and young people
 - Relationship issues e.g. divorce, abuse, communication problems
 - Anxiety, panic disorders, PTSD
 -Childhood trauma 
 - Trauma and dissociative disorders
 - Depression
 - Wellbeing and Mindfulness
 - Work-related stress issues e.g. bullying, redundancy
I have worked as a therapist in a variety of settings with an extensive range of issues and age groups.  These include working as a:
-School Counsellor
-Youth Counsellor
-Voluntary Agency
-NHS-primary care
-Private Practice

I offer supervision with individuals and groups and work digitally, via telephone or face to face outdoors.  I am very happy to discuss your supervision needs and expectations and there is no charge for this initial meeting. 

Fees- Individual Supervision

£50.00 per hour.

I offer concessions for trainee and volunteer counsellors

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a counsellor's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.
