Supervision details

I provide either face-to-face or Zoom supervision sessions to support you in counselling clients during this difficult time. For an initial session call 07733 453090 or email mariafarmerycounselling@gmail.com . I am an experienced supervisor who has completed Level 6 training in Supervision.  My way of working is Integrative Relational and for supervision I follow the Hawkins & Shohet 7-eyed model.  I offer cost-effective supervision at £50 per 50 minute supervision session and £75 for an hour and half session. I am a BACP Accredited Counsellor with an established and busy private practice, as well as experience gained previously providing counselling in the NHS, Agencies and Cruse Bereavement Service. I therefore have a good understanding of the demands on counsellors in a variety of settings, as well as the process of setting up and running a successful private practice. Prior to retraining as a counsellor 10 years ago, I was a manager and supervisor of individuals and teams and bring this experience of motivating, empowering and developing individuals to my supervision practice.

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a Counsellor's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the Counsellor to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
