Supervision details
I really enjoy the experience of working with supervisees. I like to work with individuals with varied modalities of experience. I have qualified within the Northern Guild of Psychotherapy. My learning included Transactional Analysis, Script Theory, Games people play and Attachment theory. I integrated the Gestalt chair technique with working with IFS Parts theory. I work with creative imagery and dreams. I explore dreams with parts work, painting, clay and the sand tray.
I enjoy Jungian analysis, myth and storytelling. I like to offer tarot the way Jungian analysts can offer tarot in the therapy room, as well as exploring archetypes, shadow parts and creating own parts work imagery.
I love to integrate models and see how they connect with and compliment each-other. I'm also very open to spiritualty and dialogues on soul life.
My working experience in Psychology began with working within mental health services in the community, which then led to working within mental health wards in local hospitals, from working with personality disorder to neuro rehabilitation to addiction, eating disorder and forensics. Alongside I worked with homeless, ex offenders and the victim support bureau.
I feel as though the varying specialized working experience enriched my understanding of varying psychological concepts and I was able to integrate the real experience with varying theoretical models, creating models that have integrated these concepts. I love to discuss these concepts and create a environment for curiosity and discussion.
I also enjoy exploring how these models can be adapted to work with individuals from different cultures and varying scripts, as well as how we can use these for couples therapy.
I love to work with supervisees with great authenticity. I also really value authenticity and uniqueness of supervisees.
Please note I do not offer phone calls before introduction sessions. Introduction supervisions are £50, following £70. Reduced fees may be negotiated if supervisions are required with frequency.
I look forward to hearing from you!

The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.
As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.
UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
