Lorraine Phillips MA MBACP (Accredited) Counsellor/Psychotherapist & Supervisor

Knutsford, Cheshire, WA16 6DD
07778 016681 07778 016681

I am an experienced and qualified supervisor.

The supervisory space is a collaborative working relationship for me, that enables exploration of all aspects of client work and practice. For example, gaining insight into client work, development as a practitioner, celebrating and challenging practice, exploring ethics, working in the best interest of clients, understanding 'self' in relationships, exploring integration of theory and practice....

My current supervision practice includes private practice with individual qualified therapists and counsellors-in-training. I supervise students undertaking professional counselling training, individually and in group settings. This includes experinece of writing reports for final assessments/portfolios and liaising with placements/training courses as appropriate.

I have experience of working with different modalities and client groups. I have provided supervision for organisations, the charity sector, universities, schools and colleges (primary and secondary) and in private practice.

I offer individual and/or group supervision.

If you would like to find out more you can contact me via email or phone.

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a counsellor's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the counsellor to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
