Diploma in Supervision from Wealdon Psychology Institute.

Experienced in both group and individual supervision.

My supervision approach is underpinned by Bradley's Counselling, Consulting & Teaching model. I take a very gentle and supportive approach to supervision. I am very sensitive to supervision anxiety which even the most experienced therapists can feel. We all make mistakes in this work (I make plenty myself) and I believe that the best way to remedy any mistakes is to be open, honest, caring and non-judgemental.

I particularly enjoy working with newly trained therapists as I appreciate being part of their initial journey through the therapy world. I focus a lot of the work on helping the supervisee to grow and nurture their own internal supervisor. I often trust my supervisees more than they trust themselves and this models self-trust and self-belief.
