I completed a two year training with highly respected Centre for Supervision and Team Development,London. This is the longest running supervision training in the UK.
I integrate psychodynamic, humanistic and cognitive ideas in my supervision work, and I have particular training and experience in working with young people, and working with addiction, trauma and loss and bereavement. In much of my work I use powerful mindfulness and embodiment-based practices.
My approach to supervision is playful and creative and I am interested in how we can bring the client and ourselves into the room in a variety of ways in service to the work you are doing with the client.
