I am an experienced supervisor and have a Post Graduate Certificate in Counselling Supervision from Keele University. I work with both experienced and trainee counsellors and see the offering of the core conditions as absolutely central to my work with supervisees. Alongside that, I use the Hawkins and Shohet '7-eyed model' and the Page and Wosket 'cyclical model' as frameworks for the supervision.
