Karen Ryle MSc, Registered MBACP (Accredited)
I have been working as a Supervisor for a number of years and my work is under pinned by the 7-eyed model of supervision. This model allows me the flexibility to work with a number of different themes, which benefits all who are involved within the therapeutic relationship.
My style of supervision continues to evolve, based around humanistic principles and integrating a number of different concepts for the benefit of clients/supervisees. I have found that the relationship that develops is extremely important and forms a vital part in my work. Helping us to connect and identify each area that may need to be explored further.
My supervision practice is based in my own home and I endeavour to offer a safe environment where the work can take place. At present offering online and telephone supervision ensuring continuity of contact throughout the pandemic.
