Qualified Supervisor, Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Supervision

**I am no longer offering face to face sessions, however I can support you through online or telephone sessions**

I offer clinical supervision either on a 1 -1 basis or as part of a supervision group (maximum 4 members)

I am experienced in managing a counselling service and delivering Supervision for a local charity, tutoring and delivering counselling training and Supervision in association with BACP and Middlesex University.

Clinical supervision is essential within the counselling profession, it offers guidance and support for those starting their journey and for those who are experienced practitioners.

Supervision provides a space where counsellors can acknowledge and challenge any blind spots, overcome biases and become better counsellors.

Through my own experience of supervision, I value the importance of being able to access a safe, non-judgemental space where I can reflect on my practice and my process within it.

An appropriate supervisory relationship can facilitate the supervisee to extend their therapeutic skills. It can be employed to provide insights for developing practice and used to focus on relational issues in order to cultivate client resources, and to support a counsellor's own therapeutic influence.

Supervision can enable counsellors to acquire new professional and personal insights through their own experiences. Supervision is a distinctive aspect in our field of work and can enhance the quality and creativity of how we work with clients; it can be a life buoy in an ocean of relationally complex situations where we manage emotionally challenging issues.

My fees are £50 per hour
