I am a fully qualified, integratively trained, relationship-based Supervisor in Sevenoaks.  I offer counsellors a safe and supportive environment to explore their work with their clients in a way which is best suited to their experience and training.  Supervision is a collaborative process and I am very much of the mindset that it my role to provide you with support and guidance.  Therefore, I will be exploring more about your practice and how your work with your clients.  I will help you through any area of difficulty should you feel stuck in a supportive way and I will also be acknowledging your strengths.  I want you to experience the benefits of supervision rather than experience supervision solely as a necessary requirement.  My commitment to you is to ensure that you get the most out of your supervision.  Additionally, I have been trained to work creatively and would be very happy to bring creativity into your supervision if you are comfortable working this way and if this is appropriate to the work which we will be undertaking together.  I will tailor the supervision to meet your specific needs, ensuring that your supervision needs are met each and every session.
