Heather Sanderson MA, MBACP (Accred/Reg.) Cert Supervision.

I offer supervision to qualified counsellors and student counsellors,I believe that supervision helps practitioners sustain good practice, I will provide privacy, safety and containment for you.Together we can reflect on aspects of practice so that you can work as effectively, safely and ethically as possible. I will provide opportunities for you to discuss any practice-related difficulties without blame or criticism and support you to resolve them.

I work with supervisees who's underpinning theoretical orientations include Person Centred, Psychodynamic, Systemic, and Integrative. I have an excellent supervisor myself who supervises my client work and my work with supervisees.

As a qualified Lecturer in Further and Higher Education I enjoy working with student counsellors/therapists and I am willing to help and support with academic as well as professional issues.

As an Accredited and Registered member of the BACP I am able to help qualified practitioners meet the requirements for their own accreditation.

Fees for counselling supervision are £40 per hour, concessions are available for student counsellors.

I have an office which is just off Dogpole in Shrewsbury where I see my clients and Supervisees, it has a private entrance and parking nearby. Wheelchair user access
