I hold a certificate in Creative supervision, which I have been qualified in since 2014. I work from a Person Centred perspective and view supervision as a collaborative process, enabling a safe, open, supportive and facilitative space for you to explore whatever you need to. Sessions can include the use creative and expressive means, such as the use of stones, drawing, creative writing and psycho drama.

Having undertaken a short training course in TAKING THERAPY OUTSIDE (2018) I now also offer the option of working outside, in a natural space which can enhance your reflections on your work with clients, in addition to providing you with some all important self-care.

As a practitioner in Mindfulness I can also offer simple techniques which can benefit yourself as part of your self care, and be passed on to clients where it seems helpful.

Please see my counsellor PROFILE and WEBSITE for more information, and feel free to contact me if you would like to know more . . .

My fees are currently £50 per 90 minute session (£60 for organisations) and are negotiable.
